Schedule at a Glance
Spring 2020 Live Stream Class Schedule
(March 21 onward)
1) Please register for your class a minimum of 1/2hr. prior to the class, using our website or your Mindbody App. (Your attendance will be subtracted from your pass).
2) We will e-mail you a Zoom Invite link for the class, that you should select. (It will either come from Harmony Yoga, or from the class instructor.)
3) The first time you do this, you will be asked to set up an account with Zoom.
4) Set up your mat, props and device, and 5-10 minutes before your class click the "join" link that you will have received by e-mail from Zoom.
*Prop Suggestions: A pillow or folded blanket, block/s or a stack of books, and a strap or any sort of a long tie/scarf/belt.
